Commitment to Accessibility
We are committed to ensuring the accessibility of our website and any potential mobile applications in accordance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on the accessibility requirements for certain products and services, which transposes the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA) into Czech law. The website strives to meet the technical requirements under EN 301 549 (corresponding to WCAG 2.1 AA).
Scope of the Statement
This statement applies to the publicly accessible parts of the website, in particular the product catalog, product detail pages, search and filtering functions, shopping cart, and contact forms. If a mobile application is operated, accessibility will be assessed to the same extent.
Compliance Status
The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements under EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA. Identified shortcomings are being gradually addressed. At present, the following issues may persist:
- some older images are missing alternative text or contain insufficient descriptions,
- insufficient contrast between text and background in certain areas,
- incomplete keyboard operability and focus states for some components (e.g., filters),
- selected PDFs and other documents published before 27 June 2025 may be temporarily inaccessible to screen readers.
Transitional Provisions and Exceptions
The website has been in operation prior to 28 June 2025. In accordance with the transitional provisions of the EAA and Act No. 424/2023 Coll., we will gradually bring services into full compliance no later than 28 June 2030.
The law allows for temporary exceptions, for example for pre-recorded audiovisual files and office documents published no later than 27 June 2025, or for content that is no longer updated after 28 June 2025.
For technical service elements, a product/device placed on the market by 28 June 2025 may be used until 28 June 2030. However, this does not alter our goal of continuously improving the overall accessibility of the website.
Assessment Method
This statement has been prepared based on an internal accessibility audit (automated checks + manual keyboard and screen reader testing), an assessment by an external specialist company, and ongoing checks during development. The latest revision took place on 26 September 2025.

The e-shop was launched before 28 June 2025 and therefore falls under the transitional period set by the European Accessibility Act. Full compliance with all accessibility requirements will be achieved no later than 28 June 2030.

Remediation Plan
By 28 June 2030, we plan to gradually eliminate the identified shortcomings, in particular by adding alternative texts to images and updating older documents into accessible formats. The accessibility statement will be regularly reviewed upon each significant change to the website, or at least once per year.
